Lawyer G. Emmanuel Stefanakis was born in Athens in 1945.

A graduate of Athens Law School and the School of Philosophy in Freiburg, Switzerland, completed all his postgraduate studies in Ancient History, the Roman and Criminal Law at the Universities of Heidelberg and Berlin.

Along with lawyer’s activity started in regime change in the trials of the junta, the Polytechnic Trial and trial of Rolf Pole, he was active in the political arena (E.K.N.D. 1974-1977 and ND 1977-1981) and journalism (regular collaborator of Vima and Kathimerini).

Lawyer Alexis Stefanakis was born in Athens in 1970. He studied in Athens Law School from which he graduated with distinction and then he completed his studies in the Universities of Edinburgh and London

Dimitris Gavelas was born in 1977 in Athens. He studied Law at the University of Athens.

He practices (Hearing as well as counselling) since 2004 and has successfully defended criminal and civil – corporate law cases and has served as legal advisor to companies.

He has extensive experience and expertise in the field of criminal law and is a member of the association of Greek penologists having defended the principal rights of both the defending and civic rights (in crimes against property rights against individuals and corporations, ownership rights crimes, crimes against life and physical integrity, medical error cases, tax offenses, money laundering activity cases).

He has handled multitude of cases that occupied the public.

He has participated in medical law conferences as rapporteur.

Born and educated in Athens. She graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Athens with honors. She is a lawyer in the Supreme Court and member of the Athens Bar Association since the year 1982.

She exercises ‘militant’ law in Athens and deals with cases involving all aspects of civil and commercial law and contracts of all kinds. She served as external legal partner in the Real Estate Company of the State, legal advisor – scientific associate at the Ministry of Culture and Sports and holds the position of legal adviser to the National Theatre.

Panagiotis Gerasimopoulos of Konstantinos was born in Athens in 1958.

He studied at the Law School of Athens and since 1985 is a member of the Athens Bar Association.

He deals with civil matters in rem and canon law.
